Wallace B. Carr (June 22, 1853-1931) was an American state legislator in Florida. He served in the Florida House of Representatives in 1881[1] and 1887.[2] He represented Leon County.[1] He served in the Committee in Agriculture.[3]
He was born in Leon County, Florida. He had mixed heritage and was documented as being "mulatto".[2] He was a delegate at the 1885 Florida Constitutional Convention.[4] He was described as "colored".[5]
