The result was redirect to 1957 African Cup of Nations. A plausible search term. Reliably referenced statistics can be included in the main article and can be retrieved from the page history. Merge and redirect both articles. WP:NOTSTATS failure for their own articles. Both can be accomodated just fine in their respective parent articles. Supposed equivalents provided by Tamsier are false equivalencies; None of those instances provided address individual tournaments, they address stats accumulated across multiple seasons.
