Fails notability as a league. As you can see from the article, Norway has tiers that are even lower than this sixth tier, but in my opinion the threshold clearly sits between the fifth and sixth tiers. Teams from 5. divisjon are not eligible for the Norwegian Football Cup. The amount of coverage this league gets in the larger newspapers and from television is exactly zero.
