My understanding is that in order to be on Wikipedia in English, the subject has to have been written about in English-language WP:RS (i.e., that sources in other languages can be quoted for facts, but English-language sources are required to establish notability).E.M.Gregory (talk) 15:11, 8 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
