Contested PROD. Concern was Article about a footballer who fails WP:GNG and who has not played in a fully pro league. PROD was contested procedurally, as it had been previously BLPPROD'ed. The delete rationale remains valid. I should also point out that according WP:PROD#Sticky prod, contested BLPPROD's may still be PROD'ed regularly.
