Comment he technically passes WP:NFOOTY, and there's likely some sort of press notability from his top scoring mark in the second division in 2013. I can't search in Persian so not voting, sorry. SportingFlyer T·C 08:15, 27 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Keep - (broken record here...) This needs an in depth review, given the obvious language barrier - we simply cannot claim a GNG failure when the majority of us aren't experienced with Persian, Arabic et al. NFOOTY passed. The article's translation, which may or may not be correct, brings up [1], [2], [3] which is, of course, routine but suggests more may be out there, along with him potentially being top scorer as SportingFlyer has mentioned. 3,330,000 results plus someone with, seemingly, the same name makes it tricky.
