Delete - I've tagged the article under WP:A7, but I'm !voting here as well. There is obvious WP:COI as the creator's username is a diminutive of the subject's name, as well as the obvious failure to meet WP:GNG and WP:NFOOTY. — Jkudlick ^tc_s 05:46, 12 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
