No significant coverage in secondary sources. This person's supposed notability apparently rests on them having gone to Canada, been accused of things, and then been deported from Canada. That the accusations were made (and accepted by a court) seems tolerably well documented in reliable sources, but only a single search result for news coverage of that indicates a lack of widespread notability.
