A similar case to Redhill and District Saturday Football League. Online searches come up with extremely trivial mentions in local papers like Bicester Advertiser and Oxford Mail. See for example this, this and this. A search of newspaper archives came back with very little. Even searching for Lord Jersey Cup came back with nothing better than a few results listings in the Buckingham Advertiser. I'm not seeing WP:GNG at all.
