Speedy deletion per WP:G4 was declined on the grounds that previously deleted version and this version are too different justify. However, the underlying notability concerns remain. He has still not played in a fully pro league or a senior national team, meaning the article fails WP:NSPORT, nor has he received sufficient coverage to meet WP:GNG.
