Delete - unreferenced software article of unclear notability, created by an SPA as possibly promotional. Redirect to Beat Communication,Inc.Ltd., the parent company is also possible, but that article has notability issues as well. A search turned up 1 piece of English-language PR from 2013, and some unrelated pages for a 'Beat Shuffle' Japanese FM radio program, but no further singnificant RS coverage. Comment- One source, in Japanese, was posted on the article talk page. That source is Enterprizine: http://enterprisezine.jp/article/detail/6202. This appears to be a fairly brief article and on its own not sufficient to establish notability.
