Thanks for that. The Finnish league is not fully professional, so playing there does not confer automatic notability per WP:ATHLETE. He doesn't seem to have played professionally in England either, yet. So he'll need to pass WP:BIO, ie be the subject of multiple, non-trivial references in RS. The local paper story about his trip to Finland is a good start. Can you find any others? If so, I'm happy to withdraw this nomination.
