Not notable. No refs in the article, and the coverage I find is largely sourced (or possibly sourced) to Wikipedia. I see no mention on Guerin Sportivo's website, nor any contemporaneous coverage of this being awarded. - I agree it's likely it exists (or at least existed up to 2015), I've just not found references which prove it existed, which is very bizarre. Keep. Clearly exists, and equally clearly regarded as noteworthy. My first ten Google search results (for Trofeo Bravo, not Bravo Award) include two contemporary news results. In 2004, Diario AS reported Cristiano Ronaldo receiving "el prestigioso Trofeo Bravo que concede la publicación deportiva italiana Guerin Sportivo" (the prestigious Trofeo Bravo awarded by the Italian sports publication Guerin Sportivo). Keep - Looks like a bit of confusion regarding the title which may have inhibited searches for sources, but looks clear that it is relatively widely reported.
