• Delete it is obviously self-promotion. The Article was probably created by herself if we go by the username of the creator. She may have spoken on some mainstream media as commentator but that does not make her notable. I couldnt find any pieces about herself as person to satisfy WP:GNG. Her other work as author and scholar doesn't satisfy WP:SCHOLAR and WP:AUTHOR too. Currently it far to early to have an article on her and it should therefore be deleted.
