Delete. Poorly sourced WP:BLP of an artist and academic. This just states that she exists, and references the fact solely to a (deadlinked) primary source on the website of the institution where she works. As always, "she exists, and here's a staff profile on the website of her own employer to prove it" is not in and of itself grounds for a Wikipedia article -- she needs to be reliably sourceable as passing one or more specific notability criteria in WP:NARTIST and/or WP:NACADEMICS, but nothing like that is being shown here at all.
