The coverage (references, external links, etc.) does not seem sufficient to justify this article passing Wikipedia:General notability guideline and the more detailed Wikipedia:Notability (software) requirement. This was quickly prodded after its creation, deprodded by the creator and nobody followed up on this - I think it's time to delete this software spam.
