• Delete – She seems to be a familiar name in Ireland, but I'm having trouble finding substantial coverage by multiple WP:RS. For example, less than substantial coverage indicates she's regarded as something on the order of "Julia Child" or "Martha Stewart" in Ireland. I've found Reclaiming Ireland’s Culinary Heritage, One Roast Lamb or Sponge Cake at a Time (NY Times) and Author gives taste of Irish tradition (Seattle Times). There seems to be greater coverage of her husband (in which she is of course mentioned), but the most general notability seems to rest with the cooking school. • Keep: Seems to me to be a highly noted Irish celebrity chef. Eg The Observer introduces her as Chef, writer, TV presenter and Irish foodie legend Darina Allen. The Limerick Post refers to her as one Ireland’s most "celebrated chefs". The University Observer: Pasteurise and Fall 12 November 2011 Has the line The group, which call themselves CRMI (Campaign for Raw Milk in Ireland) include acclaimed figures in traditional Irish cooking such as Darina Allen and Neven Maguire, and formidable food critics including Paulo Tulio. And The Good Food Channel describes her thus: Darina Allen owns and runs the internationally renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland....is a bestselling author on Irish farmhouse cuisine and a leader of the slow food movement in Ireland.... She ... has presented nine series of her cookery programme "Simply Delicious" on television in Ireland. These seem supportive of the idea that she is notable enough for us.
