Unsourced WP:BLP of a person notable only as a non-winning candidate for the leadership of a political party, and as an unelected candidate for a provincial legislature. Neither of these are claims that satisfy WP:NPOL: unless you can make a credible and properly sourced claim that they're notable for other reasons independent of their candidacy, a person has to win election to, and thereby hold, a notable office to qualify for an article on here, not just run and lose.
