Upgrading to: Speedy delete as total bullshit. Ref #2 is bogus: it does not mention the subject or the article or the event/organization that is mentioned adjacent to the ref-tag in the article, nor are there any items on that page that have the date the cite lists. The organization mentioned, IICCRD, itself has a dubious (to be generous) article (I just started Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/IICCRD), maybe a small WP:walled garden.
