Derek Kreckler[edit]

This article was created by Kreckler. It was speedy deleted under WP:CSD#A7 a few days ago, but Kreckler recreated it and asserts some notability in the text. I don't see any actual notability, nor do I see any actual verifiable, sources. It's likely a prod tag will be removed, so I'm formally nominating it for deletion. Keep. Keckler seems notable - he has exhibited internationally, see e.g. [1] for info, and has been written about in Artlink magazine. However, article needs improvement, in particular sourcing. Hal peridol 02:32, 16 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Keep. A couple of mentions in the mainstream art press, albeit reviews of group shows, and a minor award is probably just enough to meet the notability threshold.
