This punk rock band appears likely to fail WP:N. The band released one album on a subsidiary label, so it's possible that the band just meets criteria #5 of WP:BAND, but this may not be enough to confer topic notability for a Wikipedia article. Thing is, though, is that WP:BAND, part of the Wikipedia:Notability (music) guideline page, states that a topic "may be notable if it meets at least one of the following criteria", rather than that the topic is automatically notable if it meets at least one of the criteria.
