No independent references in the article, and none found ([1] is commissioned by the College Board); however this is an extremely difficult term to search for. Draftify This isn't an article yet. There is a fair amount of professional literation to be found in ERIC reporting or at least discussing this project. for example , https://www.air.org/sites/default/files/downloads/report/EXCELerator_Impact_Year_2_report_0.pdf (there are a number of similar programs with similar names, so this is a bit of a project. But the material is there. ) The article was started in 2009 by an excellent and responsible editor , Moonriddengirl, who I hope will finish it. DGG ( talk ) 00:50, 7 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
