Completely unsourced biographical stub about a person notable only as mayor of a city. As always, mayors are not handed an automatic notability freebie just because it's possible to verify that they existed -- the notability test for a mayor is the ability to write a substantive and well-sourced article that establishes his political significance, not just the ability to write "he was a mayor, the end".
