• Delete: The article doesn't establish why this person is notable, which isn't enough to delete in my opinion. However, upon further search for VS that would establish his notability, I come back empty handed. While I would agree with Eastmain that a dean at a Canadian University is likely to be noteable, in this instance I don't think he is. I've updated the article from sources that I could find online, which I think are enough to show notability, but we must also remember than most of the information about someone from the subject's era will be in print, not available at the click of a mouse.
