FC Volgograd has been renamed as FC Rotor Volgograd. It is not suitable to make a new article for the new club. IMO the article should be deleted and redirect to the new name. Raymond "Giggs" Ko 04:05, 17 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

According to the article, FC Volgograd was founded due to the bankruptcy of the FC Rotor Volgograd. So the club is afflicted with the Rotor club. It should be the history of the Rotor club. Raymond "Giggs" Ko 04:15, 17 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

• Keep, Hi. I watched and updated all the teams Second Division in 2009. In 2009, there were 2 teams at the same time - 2009 Russian Second Division#South. And they played together (derby of Volgograd :)). How can I be one of them deleted?
• Merge into FC Rotor Volgograd. I think the details can be explained in the history section of FC Rotor Volgograd. For example, U.C. Sampdoria was formed out of two separate teams, and there are no separate articles for those teams. So just because two teams used to be different teams in the past, but are the same team now, does not mean there absolutely have to be two separate articles (but honestly, I don't see that much harm in keeping them separate either).
