Federal Democratic Republic[edit]

Absolutely unreferenced scrap, smells badly with original research. Also user who created this is well-known for sneaky vandalism like creating articles on non-existent Dominican provinces etc. I propose deletion unless somebody proves it isn't just a piece of crap.
