Keep. If it's verifiable, it's verifiable ... the main source being a fan site shouldn't constitute prima facie disqualification. Merge as suggested by Wafulz. FWIW, the reliability of fansites as sources can vary, and the best of them can inspire substantial confidence. The nature of the subject being reported makes a difference.
