Comment - Probably a discussion for Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Football/Fully professional leagues, but Paygar-Flangiah has (needs to be verified) made an appearance in the new National Independent Soccer Association which classes itself as professional, as seen here: [1] - whether it meets Wikipedia's understanding of a professional league is something to be determined.
