Quite simply doesn't pass our notability criteria. This football club plays in the 4th tier of the Bangladeshi league system and, currently, we don't even have a page about this 4th-tier league. (which would otherwise be a sensible redirect target) A Google search avoiding Wikipedia mirrors gets 70 hits consisting mostly on betting sites and no coverage with any sort of depth.
