The hosting of the 2017 FIFA U-17 World Cup was a rather big event in Indian football, so any coverage from that isn't routine or anything of the sort in my opinion. I'd hardly call The Times of India 'local'. It's the biggest English newspaper on the planet, and certainly not local. Or The Hindu which must be close to be number 2 in the world - though I suppose it could be described as local ... but it's hardly a local story.
