Speedy (which I performed initially myself), was undone after being contested on my talkpage civilly and rightfully. Having no references means looking for references. Having poor grammar and punctuation means fixing grammar and punctuation. This professor has not been verified to be notable though, and without proper sourcing in independent, reliable publications being added to the article that verify what works this professor has done (per WP:PROF), I recommend Deletion. - Switching to weak keep. Seems to be notable, I'm still "weak" on it because there seems to be some question as to verifying that the sources are all about one and the same person. For example, I've found an article about a person named "Incheol Shin" that is a grad student (from what I can tell, perhaps an associate professor), in Florida. Same guy? No idea. Maybe they're both notable. No reason to delete this anymore though, as sources, even non-English sources, can be verified. Article needs time, not redlinking.   - I'm afraid to say that there seems to be no English article on his award (or, I could not find it by myself because romanization of Korean name is variously used.)
