No reliable third-party sources on this topic can be found, and thus the topic fails WP:N and WP:V. Primary sources are insufficient for a stand-alone article. Article also inherently fails WP:PLOT, because there is no information on the reception or impact of this in-game nation, which would probably have to come from reliable third-party sources anyway. Well, DGG, I do say merge when I mean it. The reason I did not say "merge" is because this articles looks substantially like the Crimson Skies article. I won't discount that there are a few sentences with new information, but I don't endorse creating separate articles for the settings or characters in a video game.
