As per WP:NAD, this is not an encyclopedic article. "Each article in an encyclopedia is about a person, a people, a concept, a place, an event, a thing, etc., whereas a dictionary entry is primarily about a word, an idiom, or a term and its meanings, usage and history." The article could reflect these properties and others including the concepts of membraneless organelles, local heterogeneity (calcium spikes, pH gradients) These aren't particularly well explained by cytosol which refers to the liquid content, the cytoplasm which excludes the nucleus which is the nucleoplasm.
