Keep - He has played in the notable Milk Cup plus a number of Northern Ireland youth matches including a qualifier for the UEFA Under 21 Championship. He is also playing for a professional football club on loan from another professional football club. Delete - Fails WP:NFOOTY as has not played senior international football nor played in a fully professional league. No indication that subject has garnered significant reliable coverage for any other achievements to satisfy GNG. Agree with the comments above and prior consensus that non-senior international appearances do not make a player inherently notable.
