Nothing in the article suggests to me that he is inherently notable enough, aside from being a candidate, for his own article. I suggest Delete and redirect to United States House elections, 2006. Weak Delete. I'm uncomfortable with the policy that candidates are NN by reason of nomination alone. That policy introduces a subtle bias in favor of incumbents with pages mentioning their candidacies. Nevertheless, Candidates and elections seems a mostly fair policy stating, "articles on elections should be written before articles on individual candidates."
