Speedy deletion per WP:G4 was declined on the grounds that he has been called-up to the Latvian national team. This is neither new, his first call-up being in 2010, nor sufficient for notability, since he has yet to actually play a match. As such the underlying notability concerns remain unchanged. Delete, per above, but do not salt, since whenever he could be played in an international match as long as he keeps getting called up.
