While Quigley's story is unfortunate, I do not think he meets the notability guideline for people. His claim to fame is marginal at best and there is little to add other than his tragic death at a young age. There was nothing particularly notable regarding his death and his appearance in the 1978 Superman movie was so fleeting and inconsequential we do not even list him among the cast. - Delete Playing even the title role as an infant is just not enough to make someone notable. Even if the whole movie was of the title character as an infant, and it was also the main character, I would resist such an article, but here it was a very, very short role.
