Delete - the AFD cited in the nomination is slightly misleading, as lists of foreign players in a league can be notable (see List of foreign Premier League players, amongst others). This is different however; it is a list of foreign players for a club, and it definitely non-notable - that is backed up by a quick review of WP:GNG and WP:LISTCRUFT, combined with previous AFD consensus on lists of foreign players for clubs.
