- Keep or Merge This is not a redundant article since they are essentially different lists and are released so by SIPRI and IISS. If it was a single list, then SIPRI or IISS would not release this as different ones. One list focuses on the list of countries with largest military budgets while the other list focuses on it being a share of the GDP and third is the percentage of govt spending.
