Non-encyclopedic, trivial information. Note "Latin" here refers to the ancient language "latin" not Spanish. Bulldog123 (talk) 19:32, 18 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Articulus delenda est While the author's knowledge of song lyrics is admirable, I'm not sure that any of these songs would be considered notable. Mandsford (talk) 20:56, 18 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Comment: May I suggest making this a category? Corvus cornixtalk 23:22, 18 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Keep. This music list has clear criteria for inclusion. Contemporary performers performing material in an ancient language is, for want of a better word, interesting and a legitimate subject for curiosity. Turning it into a category would not work: few of these songs are individually notable, so the performers, not the songs, would be what gets categorized, and most of these performers don't perform exclusively or primarily in Latin. - Smerdis of Tlön (talk) 15:13, 19 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Keep — does not appear to be indiscriminate, as long as you exclude common Latin phrases as an inclusion criterion. The argument that these songs are not independently notable is not compelling, since the elements of lists do not need to be independently notable; indeed, that is often the whole point of many lists like List of minor Star Wars bounty hunters. --Haemo (talk) 10:12, 20 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Keep as Smerdis of Tlön and Haemo say, it fulfils the criteria for WP:LIST¨¨ victorfalk 16:11, 22 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
