Fails GNG with only two independent sources. Once I removed the bad sources in this article (Blogspot etc) and used named refs for the duplicates, there is not much left. The article seems to be built around a single exhibition/event ("Broken Grey Wires") as an achievement. Search did not provide additional RS. Seems to be WP:TOOSOON.
