Strongly Keep. The person was the Proctor (an elected, top position) at East West University hence meets WP:PROF#6, in addition, it meets #5 as well as he was the Chairman of the Engineering Department. As the Director of the Center for Information and Communication Technology (CICT) he organized the first ever International Conference of the Next Generation Wireless Systems in Bangladesh which greatly affected developments in Wireless.
