Article is about a footballer who hasn't played in a fully-pro league (reliable sources indicate that he only played in the not-fully-pro Colombian Primera B, Panamanian and Salvadorean leagues) and which fails the general notability guideline. PROD was contested without any explanation. As an aside, if this article is kept for some reason, please move to Miller Lizarazo - the correct spelling of his name.
