• Tentative keep - looks like there is a fairly large (albeit foreign-language) corpus of secondary source reporting, which would make it notable per wp:author. Article should be expanded to include those references, by a persian speaker preferably. • Comment: I will refrain from voting here, as I (kinda) have a Conflict of Interest, as I am Iranian. Radio Farda has multiple articles about him, and is usually reliable when the topic is not related to the Islamic Regime, which it isn't (it made some questionable claims in the cold war). Really it's the only one I've heard of, going through the sources on fawiki. Quite a lot of the sources there are publishing companies, all the other sources don't really look reliable. Coverage in Iranintl, which is effectively an news source designed to discredit the Iranian regime, however on these topics it does seem ok as a reliable source.
