According to the reliable source Soccerway, he struggled to get any game time even in the amateur third and fourth tiers of Turkey, let alone the top tier, which is the only one at WP:FPL. Nothing found in my searches would indicate a passing of WP:GNG. This source cited in the article is actually about Murat Duruer and only mentions Mustafa once.
