Relisting comment: No clear consensus, a lot of references in the article but nothing in the discussion here to show where the significant coverage is. Not saying otsnot there but with foreign language sources clear citing would be useful.

Comment: I've made my vote above so I won't double up, but it sounds like it would be helpful for me to spell things out more clearly. On just the The Daily Obsevrer, which Devonian Wombat mentioned above, this article is clear significant coverage with additional major coverage in this, this, and this article. He also has passing mentions here, here, here, here, and here from the one source. Mentions in other English-language sources here, here, here, and here. In non-English sources, this article, this article, and this one too look to be significant coverage about the subject and background with additional coverage here, and here. I can appreciate how difficult non-English searches can be for some, certainly myself included, but this to me very clearly sails by GNG without much effort searching in Bengali sources.
