Delete. This is non-notable (WP:GNG and WP:NRVE). As the article indicates, it's just a variation of Decade and Accordion. There are literally hundreds and hundreds of solitaire card games in existence, and only the most notable ones are included in Wikipedia; including this ahead of the far more common ones that have been excluded can't be justified based on the evidence provided.
