Non-notable per WP:BIO. "Recognized internationally for his work on a number of best-selling video games, including the popular Grand Theft Auto..." seems like quite a strong claim to notability until one follows up the references, which don't tend to bear this out (for example, the Red Dead Redemption one lists Mr Alain [as Patrick Jamaa] as one of 16 terrain artists). The references are generally peripheral, irrelevant, non-RS or all three; one that does cover Mr Alain in detail is an interview by the magazine he works for. The article appears to exist at least in part to promote Mr Alain's book (also up for deletion); both were created for payment by blocked socks of the same editor.
