Petro (cryptocurrency) has some significant mainstream attention due to being the only crypto-currency ever issued by a government, and the fact they did that to illegally evade economic sanctions imposed by the USA. Merge with Petro. This should just go under a section of that article, and this should just be a redirect to that section. I don't see why this needs to be an article per Smallbones's Crystal Ball reasonings.
