You are correct that "Stadiums at National League level are notable", but that's not relevant here because this stadium never existed. I'm also not sure why you bring up the Victoria Stadium, as it hosted National League football for three seasons. The rest of the argument seems to be largely WP:OTHERSTUFFEXISTS and ignoring the fact that those stadiums are for clubs at a far higher level than Gateshead (I'd expect New Queens Park to be deleted if it never happens tbh).
